.... i played when i was in like 5th grade.... i had all the 5 pieces of that monster that wins if u draw all 5. with some other cards that allows me to pick out a card from my deck- good build

then i gave it all away lol

I still play Magic, mostly with friends for fun, but sometimes i play Tournaments .
I have 2 decks and they both kick ass.
A Green White, Gain Life. And a Black White, Destruction.
I like the Gain life one the best.

Some of my freinds used to play Magic, I would occasionally get one of their decks and play too. I still don't really get how to play, the typical game for me went a bit like this:

Me: *Cave Rat of DOOOOOOM, attack!*
Them: *Reflect attack and make own cave rat kick you in nuts spell*
Me: "Umm... what do I do now?
Them: "Nothing, you're dead."
Me: "Can tap my mana?"
Them: "No, you died already."
Me: "I can turn them sideways if I want! It's a free country! I have rights!"

i used to collect Yu Gi Oh, and i think i bought my last pack like, 2 years ago? still keep em incase some kid wants to buy em so i can pay back my poker debts

and i used to play pokemon in 2nd grade, and i traded one of my good cards for a pack of pringles

Starting collecting/playing MTG since the Ice Age block. Basically any deck I made involved some insane combo that required like 10 different cards to pull off, but could still win. Basically, the equivilent of a grief build in the CA.

Grieving is hardly possible in MtG...Well apart of a multiplayer game, where you as a last ditch effort weaken another player so badly that he'll probably lose to the other remaining players.

I like dealing with my neighbouring Timmy(s) with my Cleric.

Otherwise, I play a mill/Terravore deck. Very fun and unusual.

Usually it goes:

Me: Traumatize.
Other: What?
Me: Halve your library, ****.
Other: Oh, right.
(I put the half into graveyard)
Other: Why are you looking at my library?

Old days. Still...

I liked playing in the Tempest block. Although I started in Legends.

ok, i was alot better at yugioh, i had like this insane deck till they nerfed all the cards like Ring, monster reborn, change of heart, featha dusta,and every other pwning card that i busted my ass offering trades to my friends.
then i just stopped.
but i want to get into magic now, jus want to take opinions on a deck to make, or what to buy, or if its worth it because does any one still playy?? opinions please! lol, what deck to get/start with and is it even worth it

Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon card games aren't really my thing, but if I have to play it, I always win...I love the Egyptian God Cards and the Legendary Pokemon.
